Each time slot allows for a 90-minute celebration including an intimate ceremony with up to 30 guests (not including the couple), followed by a cocktail hour in PAIKKA’s Pink Room.

5.5 hours to celebrate at PAIKKA with up to 30 guests (not including the couple) starting with time in our Green Room, an intimate ceremony, followed by a cocktail hour in PAIKKA’s Pink Room, ending with dinner service by Brooke Faudree of Quince Catering in our Gold Room.

FAQs
Who counts as a guest?
Anyone in attendance excluding the couple, so technically 32 total included! Additional guests may be added for a fee, please inquire for details.
Why should I book Pikku Paikka?
This package was created for those seeking an intimate wedding - think city hall elopement, but elevated! We’ve designed everything from the welcome drinks, to the ceremony floral, and a luxurious cocktail hour.
Do I have to work with your vendors?
Yes! The beauty of Pikku Paikka is that we have done the work for you and hand selected some of our favorite vendors.
Floral design will be seasonal and in an earth tone and white palette, similar to the inspiration shown above.
Can I do dinner on-site afterwards?
Our final booking on each date will include an extended celebration in our Gold Room by Quince for a curated dinner experience. For our earlier time slots, we are happy to offer recommendations upon request for a post-ceremony restaurant or dining experience.
Can I see the space before I book?
Absolutely! Tours can be booked directly with our Venue Director. Inquire below for tour times.
Can I get ready on-site?
Please arrive for your celebration ready to go. We can offer recommendations for great local hotels, salons, or Airbnbs upon request.
What is the extended celebration?
For our 6pm slot, you will also be securing an incredibly special dinner experience for all of your guests in our Gold Room catered by Brooke Faudree of Quince Catering. Following your ceremony and cocktail hour at PAIKKA, you will enjoy an abundant family-style dinner curated by one of our favorite caterers!
What are the beverage options?
We have curated two packages for you to choose from provided by PAIKKA’s in-house bar. Each package includes a welcome toast! We are happy to share more info upon inquiry.
Why is it called Pikku Paikka?
There was a cabin in our family that existed up north named Pikku Paikka - meaning “Little Place.” We named PAIKKA after the cabin and the full name felt fitting for this type of small, special, celebratory gathering. A sentiment that was often present at the cabin!
