Winter Solstice Sunrise Celebration
Imagine starting the shortest day of the year not by hitting snooze, but by stepping into a world of pure magic and movement. As the winter darkness holds its last embrace, we're creating an experience that will awaken your soul and ignite your spirit.
Start your solstice in sacred motion with Michelle O'Connell's mindfully crafted 30-minute yoga flow. This isn't your typical yoga class – it's a gentle awakening of body and spirit, where each movement prepares you for the celebration ahead. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or touching your toes feels like a distant dream, this flow meets you exactly where you are.
Rhodey Stark takes control of the soundscape, building an irresistible journey of beats and rhythms that will have everyone – yes, everyone – moving with pure joy. No dance experience needed – just a willingness to let your body celebrate.
THE EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
- A movement journey that science proves will literally reshape your brain (backed by neuroplasticity studies!)
- A carefully crafted breakfast station by Chowgirls Catering featuring nourishing, energizing bites that fuel both body and soul
- Coffee service from Hola Coffee Cart, because even dance enthusiasts need their morning brew
- A vibrant community who understand that the best way to face winter is together
- Guided intention-setting moments that connect movement to meaning
Event Partners: Lucille’s Bottle Shop, Laine Palm Designs, Apricot Floral, Chowgirls Catering, Rhodey Stark, Barre3 Mpls, @lifeofmlo, Hola Coffee.
